At X-BIONIC®, we are committed to your peak performance; if your high-tech gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the technical tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific performance items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure the patented technologies are protected during transit, and include the provided return slip inside.

  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
